This crab and avocado cocktail makes a wonderful appetizer recipe for your holiday party. Serve this in glasses you'd normally use to mix drinks, and enjoy! Garnish with creme fraiche and fresh herbs for a truly elegant look.

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup fresh pico de gallo

Dice the avocado into small cubes and place in large bowl. Juice the lemon and lime over diced avocado and gently toss. Add in crab meat and lightly toss to avoid mashing avocado.  

Serve chilled in individual shot or cocktail glasses, each topped a small scoop of pico de gallo.
