Crab And Shrimp Salad With Mango
Ingredients
- 2 6-oz. pouches crab meat
- 2 4-oz. cans tiny cooked shrimp
- 1 mango, diced, some saved for garnish
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. celery, finely diced
- 1/4 C. sweet onion, finely diced
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning
- salt and pepper if needed
Directions
Cut slices off the long sides of the mango, about 1/4 inch thick and used a small heart shaped cutter, for garnishes. Then dice up the rest. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. To serve, place salad on lettuce leaves and garnish with mango hearts. A half cup serving can be served with other salads, or a 1 cup serving by itself.

And I like to do small amounts of this and coleslaw and potato salad.... heavenly meal..... on beds of any green you like. I prefer spinach or kale (I adore kale).... but take your pick..... it will be great.
