Crab Meat Olive Spread

I know this sounds like a strange combination but it really is good. Make it for your next party and your guests will rave!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Soft Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbs. Milk
  • 2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 2 Tbs. Minced Green Onions
  • 2 Tbs. Chopped Stuffed Olives
  • 1 Tbs. Parsley, chopped
  • 1 6 1/2 Oz. can Crab Meat

Directions

Rinse and flake the Crab Meat. Beat Cream Cheese, Milk, Mayonnaise, Lemon and Paprika. Stir in Onion, Olives, Parsley and Crab Meat. Chill and keep refrigerated. Bring to room temperature to spread easily. Spread on crackers and bread. Party on!
