Crab Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 3 C. canned tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 13-oz. can crab meat
- 1 egg, well-beaten
Directions
Place oil in a skillet, add garlic and brown slightly. Add tomatoes gradually and cook until cream and smooth. Stir. Add green pepper, salt, pepper, crab meat and the egg. Cook for 2 minutes.
