Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. mushrooms
- 1 pkg. crab cakes (if frozen let thaw out)
- 1 pkg. provolone cheese
Directions
Wash mushrooms and take stems out. Place in an oven-proof dish. Pinch off a piece of the crab cake and stuff mushroom. Use as much as you'd like. Place in 35-degree oven for 15 minutes. Take out and put cheese on top. Put back in oven until cheese melts.
