Crabmeat Casserole

Canned crabmeat and seasoned stuffing make this an easy recipe to throw together and have on the table in under and hour.

Ingredients

  • 2 7 1/2 oz. cans crabmeat
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 C. herbed season stuffing
  • 1 Tbs. dried onion
  • 1 Tbs. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle a little stuffing on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Yields: 6 servings
