Cracker Barrel’s Grilled Chicken Tenderloins

- 4 boneless chicken breasts, whole or cut into strips
- 1 C. zesty Italian dressing
- 1 T. lime juice
- 1 T. honey
In a bowl, whisk together dressing, lime juice, and honey. Place chicken in a resealable freezer bag and pour mixture over chicken. Seal and refrigerate for at least an hour. Pour chicken and marinade into a skillet and cook on medium to high heat until chicken is cooked through. For extra flavor, brush on your favorite barbecue sauce and serve with home-style mashed potatoes!
