Ingredients

  • 2 C. fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1 C. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 C. flour
  • 2 beaten eggs

Grease large pie pan or 9X9-inch cake pan. Put washed cranberries in pan and sprinkle with walnuts and brown sugar. Combine butter, white sugar, almond extract, flour and eggs, and pour over contents in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, till lightly brown. Can be served with vanilla yogurt as a topping.
