  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup whole cranberries
  • premade Graham cracker crust
  • 1 can (16 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk (do not use skim)

Heat oven to 375 degrees.   In medium bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, almonds, 6 tsp sugar and the cornstarch. Pour into crust completely covering the bottom.

In medium bowl, on medium speed beat together cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and the milk until smooth. Spoon batter over cranberry mixture and smooth flat with a spatula or the rear side of the spoon. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.

In small bowl mix together all topping ingredients, keeping the cranberries aside. Spoon topping over filling and bake 5 minutes longer. Cool slightly and garnish with whole cranberries. Refrigerate uncovered for 3 to 4 hours or until set.
