  • 2 Tbs. cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbs. Romano cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbs. fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 20 store-bought wonton wrappers

In a medium bowl, mix cranberry sauce, cheese, parsley, egg, salt and pepper. Brush 10 wonton wrappers with water and then place 1 Tbs. of cranberry mixture on each wrapper. Top with another wrapper. Press the edges tightly to seal. Bring large pot of water to boil over high heat. Add ravioli and cook until tender. Drain. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley before serving.
