Cranberry Goat Cheese Log

- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 8 oz. pkg. goat cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 C. dried cranberries, finely chopped
Combine the cheeses and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Divide the mixture in half and shape into two 8-inch logs. It is easiest to use plastic wrap to form the logs. Place the formed logs, tightly wrapped in plastic, into the refrigerator. Allow them to set for an hour.
After an hour, roll the firmed logs in the chopped cranberries and place back into the fridge wrapped. Allow to harden for two hours. Prior to serving, allow to soften for ten minutes.
