Cranberry Jelly

Ingredients
- 4 C. cranberries
- 2 C. sugar
- 2 C. water
Directions
Pick over and wash cranberries. Place in saucepan with water and boil 20 minutes. Strain through a sieve, rubbing through as much pulp as possible. Place back into saucepan and cook 3 minutes. Add 2 C. sugar and boil 2 minutes. Turn into bowl or jars. Chill and allow to set before using.
