Cranberry Maple Glaze
Ingredients
- 3/4 C. maple syrup
- 1/4 C. water
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 C. of fresh frozen cranberries
Directions
In a medium sauce pan, combine maple syrup, water, cinnamon, lemon juice, butter,& cranberries. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 until potatoes are fork tender, about 45 min. Baste occasionally with sauce.
