Cranberry Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 2 C. flour
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 C. butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 C. orange juice
- 1 tsp. orange peel
- 1 C. cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 C. nuts, chopped
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Cut in butter with a fork or pastry blender, or on medium speed of electric mixer. Add eggs, juice, an peel. Mix until well combined. Stir in cranberries and nuts by hand until evenly distributed throughout batter. Bake in greased 8"x4" loaf in a 350 degree oven for 60-65 minutes.
