Cranberry-Orange Relish
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. Knox gelatin
- 1/2-C. cold water
- 1/2 C. boiling water
- 1 1/4 C. sugar
- 1 mandarin orange cut up (peel included)
- 3 C. fresh or frozen cranberries (thawed)
Directions
In blender, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 C. cold water and let stand for 3 or 4 minutes. Add 1/2 C. boiling water and process on low for two minutes. Add sugar and orange; process on high for two minutes. Add cranberries and process another 3 to 4 minutes. Pour into mold and chill.
