Cranberry Relish
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh canberries, washed and sorted
- 3 navel oranges
- 1/4 - 1/2 C. sugar (to taste)
- 1 C. walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
Directions
Place cranberries, oranges and sugar in a food processor. Grind until cranberries are evenly chopped. Do not over-process or the relish will become too wet. The cranberry relish should mound nicely in a serving spoon without being "drippy". Stir in the chopped nuts if desired.
Pour into a pretty serving bowl.
