Cranberry Relish
Ingredients
- 4 C. fresh cranberries (2 bags)
- 1 orange
- 4 apples
- 2 C. sugar (or sugar alternative)
- 2 bananas
Directions
Grind cranberries, orange and apples. Fold together in a large bowl. Add sugar. Fine cut the 2 bananas and add to the mix.
Mix and refridgerate for 12 -24 hours for increasing flavor.
