  • 3 old fashioned oats
  • 1 C. flour
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 ½ sticks butter, softened
  • 1 C. dark brown sugar
  • ½ C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ C. toasted walnuts, chopped
  • ½ C. dried cranberries
  • ½ C. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; set aside. In a separate large bowl, use a mixer to cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until incorporated. Add in oat mixture and stir well. Add walnuts, cranberries, and raisins. Dollop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
