Craveable Mint Chocolate Truffles
Serving Size / Yield
- 8 ounce bitter sweet chocolate
- 8 ounce semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 ½ teaspoon pepper mint extract
- Milk chocolate melted
- 1 can sweet condensed milk
Melt the bitter and semi-sweet chocolate and add the condensed milk into the mixture and stir until its smooth. Add the mint extract.
Refrigerate for about 2hours and once it cools take small amounts and rolling into a ball shape.
Dip into the melted milk chocolate to make a coat and sprinkle the grinded sugar into it and ready to serve.
