This pie is totally crave-able! This s'mores pie can be served warm or cold. If you want it warm, microwave each slice for 7 to 10 seconds before serving.

  • 2 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 C. heavy cream
  • 3/4 C. milk
  • 10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • pinch salt
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until everything is coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-in. pie plate. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is lightly browned.

In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream and milk ad whisk over medium heat until warmed. Add the chopped chocolate and salt. Whisk until completely melted. Slowly whisk in the eggs until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.

Carefully pour the chocolate into the crust and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pie filling doesn't move when the pie is shaken gently. Place the marshmallows in concentric circles on tip of the pie and set the oven to broil. Put the pie under the broiler for 2 to 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows have browned slightly.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
