Crazy Good Peppermint Patties

- ¾ C. sweetened condensed milk
- 3 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 ½ tsp. peppermint extract
- 4 C. powdered sugar
In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract. Add in the powdered sugar a small amount at a time. Form 1-inch balls and place them onto a wax paper covered baking sheet. Flatten them with your fingers. Let them cool at room temperature for two hours. Right before they are done cooling, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Dip the patties one at a time. Place them onto waxed paper and in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
