  • 3 eggs
  • 2 T. milk
  • 1 C. flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together the eggs and milk in a small bowl. Put the flour in a separate bowl, then begin by dipping each cub steak into the egg mixture. Make sure each side is coated, then dip into the flour mixture, again coating each side well. Heat oil in a large skillet, then fry the steaks until golden on each side, about 10 minutes total. Place the steaks in a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees to finish the cooking process.
