Cream Cheese Caramel Frosting
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ C. butter, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ C. caramel sauce (store bought or homemade)
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 5-6 C. confectioners' sugar
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, caramel sauce, and salt until smooth. For best results, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
Gradually add the confectioners' sugar and beat.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator. If you are planning to use the frosting at a later time, bring the frosting to room temperature before using.
