Cream Cheese Ham Pickles
- 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 6 pieces rectangular-shaped ham, sliced thick
- 6 lg. pickles (kosher dill)
Spread 1 1/2-2 Tbs. cream cheese onto each slice of ham. Place a pickle on the shorter side of the ham and roll tight. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice each roll with a very sharp knife into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange artistically on a red/orange or yellow plate for the nicest presentation.
