Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 3 C. sifted flour
- 3 C. of sugar sifted as well
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese room temperature
- 1/4 tsp. of salt, add to sifted flour
- 6 eggs room temperature
- 3 sticks of butter room temperature
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
- 2 tsp. of vanilla flavoring
Directions
Mix cream cheese, butter, and flavorings, then add sugar, Alternate adding 1 cup of flour and one egg until all have been added, blend well. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and cook cake for 1hour and 30 minutes or until done. Test with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, then cake is done. Allow cake to cook for about 10 minutes and then remove from pan.
