Cream Cheese Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can pears
- 1 cream cheese
- 3 Tbs. top milk
- 1/4 C. celery, cut fine
- 3 Tbs. anchovy paste
Directions
Drain pears and arrange on bed of lettuce leaves with hollow side up. Add top milk to cream cheese and anchovy paste and mix thoroughly. Add celery. Fill center of pears with mixture. Serve with French dressing and garnish with paprika and parsley.
