Cream Cheesy Chicken Rolls

  • vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 2 lb. chicken breast cutlets
  • 1 1/2 C. breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 2 Tbs. poppy seeds
  • 3 Tbs. dehydrated onion flakes
  • 3 Tbs. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Heat an inch of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.  In a bowl, mix cream cheese with scallions.  Spread chicken cutlets with cheese and roll into small bundles.  Season with salt and pepper.  Mix breadcrumbs with garlic, poppy seeds, onion flakes, and sesame seeds in a dish.  Coat bundles with flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.  Fry until evenly golden and serve hot.
