  • ½ C. green beans
  • ½ C. mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ C. milk
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Whisk soup with eggs and milk. Then stir in green beans, mushrooms, pepper and cheese. Pour mixture into a circular pie dish. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour.
