Cream of Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lg. can solid packed Pumpkin
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4-1/2 C. sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 C. half and half cream
- 6–8 C. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and simmer on medium heat until well heated. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
