Ingredients
- 1/2 C. butter
- 6 Tbs. flour
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
Melt butter over very low flame. Blend in flour and cook for 2 minutes. Stir well, and add milk gradually and salt and bring to boiling. Cook at a simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
