Creamed Corn Casserole

If you love the taste of creamed corn then try this casserole with jiffy corn break mix.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 stick of butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Butter a casserole dish, pour mixture in, and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until top is a golden brown.

Makes 4-6 servings.
