Creamed Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 stick of butter
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Butter a casserole dish, pour mixture in, and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until top is a golden brown.
Makes 4-6 servings.
