Ingredients
- 2 10-oz. pkgs. kale, frozen, chopped
- 8 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese
- 2 oz. Romano cheese
- 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, ground
Directions
Cook and drain the chopped kale. Drain thoroughly. Salt to taste. In the same pan, add the cream cheese and melt into the kale gradually. Add the Romano and Parmesan cheese, then the nutmeg. Serve.
