Ingredients
- 2 10-oz. pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
- 8 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese
- 2 oz. Romano cheese
- 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions
Cook and drain the chopped spinach. Salt to taste. Drain thoroughly. In the same pan add the cream cheese and gradually melt into the spinach. Add the Romano and Parmesan cheeses, then add the nutmeg. Serve this dish as is or put in a casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes at 275 degrees.
