This casserole combines the creaminess from a spinach dip but now in an even better casserole creation! It’s so good. It makes the perfect side dish for any occasion.

  • 2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp. margarine
  • 1 ½ cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup wheat flour
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients into crockpot and season with salt and pepper
Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours (or on high for 2 hours)
After an hour of cook time, uncover crockpot and stir ingredients
When done, chill for a few minutes. Serve
