  • 1 (8 oz.) package manicotti shells, cooked and drained
  • 1 C. tomato vodka sauce
  • 1 C. chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 4 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 C. ricotta cheese
  • 1 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 T. dried basil
  • 2 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of mozzarella, Parmesan, and ricotta, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and basil until creamy. Stir in shredded chicken.
