  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 slices Cut Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 3/4 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook macaroni as directed on package. Meanwhile, on low heat, melt butter in large saucepan. Stir in flour and cook 2 min. Then, gradually stir in milk and cook on medium heat until mixture comes to boil. Continue stirring. Turn off heat and add 1 1/2 cups cheese and bacon. Stir mixture for 5 minutes or until melted.
Bake for 15- 20 minutes.
