Creamy Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 1/2-3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • 1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 Tbs. chopped parsley

Directions

Combine flour and seasonings. Coat chicken pieces. Pour butter in shallow baking pan. Arrange chicken in single layer. Bake at 350 degreesĀ for 30-40 minutes. Combine soup and milk. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with parsley. Bake 30-40 minutes longer or until juices from chicken run clear.
