  • 3 C. cauliflower, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • ½ C. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a casserole dish with cooking spray. Place broccoli and cauliflower in the dish. In a bowl, combine soup, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Stir in cheese and pour over vegetables. Bake until cheese is melted and sauce it thickened.
