Creamy Broccoli Casserole with Golden Brown Feta

- 1 C Feta crumbles
- 2 C Large Broccoli Florets, more for a larger casserole
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a medium-sized casserole dish with olive oil. Layer the bottom of the casserole dish with broccoli. In the microwave, heat up the feta crumbles so they are mildly soft (not liquid). Spoon feta crumbles liberally over broccoli. Top with salt and pepper to taste. Cook casserole for 25-30 minutes or until feta is golden brown.
