  • 1 pound broccoli
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 diced carrots
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 2 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ pound American cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Combine the broccoli, onion, carrots, cream of celery soup, chicken broth, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to the crock pot. Stir the soup and set the heat on high for 4 hours. Add the cheese and turn the heat to low. Place the lid back on and cook for 15 minutes. Stir to make sure the cheese is melted and serve warm.
