  • 2 C. cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 C. buffalo sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 3/4 C. blue cheese dressing
  • 1 1/2 C. wild rice

In a medium saucepan, whisk together cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and soup. Once melted, add in chicken and sprinkle with paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir in blue cheese dressing and let warm over low heat for 10 minutes. Prepare rice according to package directions and transfer to a large dish. Spoon buffalo chicken sauce on top and serve.
