Creamy Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1 Tbs. flour
- 1 1/2 C. chicken broth
- 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4-lb. chicken, boiled
Directions
Melt butter, blend in flour, add broth and cook slowly. Continue to stir as you cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Add egg yolk, butter, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve over the chicken.
