  • 8 drumsticks
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sliced mushroom, drained
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¾ C. brown rice
  • ¼ C. parmesan cheese, grated

In a heated and oiled pan, brown the chicken on all sides. Remove the chicken and place the mushroom and garlic in the pan. Brown the mushrooms and then remove from heat. Pour in the soup and stir in the milk. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the cheese. Stir in the rice. Pour the mixture into a crockpot. Place the chicken on top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
