  • 4-5 large chicken breasts
  • 1 C. instant brown rice
  • 2 C. water
  • 2 C. baby carrots
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese
  • ½ T. garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Dill

Your crockpot should be set on high. Add in the chicken breasts. In a bowl, mix all of your ingredients, excluding the instant brown rice. Pour the mixture into the crockpot over the chicken. Let is cook for 4-6 hours. After it is done, remove the chicken and shred it with a fork. Put the chicken back into the crockpot with your instant brown rice. Let it cook for another hour. When the rice is soft, the soup is ready to enjoy. When serving top it off with some pepper and dill.
