Creamy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 onion, chopped and sauteed
- 2 C. cubed, cooked chicken breast, sauteed
- Fresh carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cooked
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 C. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions
Combine soup, milk, onions, vegetables, chicken, 1/2 C. cheese, 1/2 can fried onions, and place in an 8x12 baking dish. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Unwrap rollsĀ and separate into two rectangles. Press together perforated cuts and cut each rectangle lengthwise into three strips. Place strips on casserole. Bake uncovered 10 minutes longer. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 3-5 minutes longer.
