Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 can water
- 2 C. cooked chicken breast, chunked
- frozen mixed vegetables
- microwaved potato or cooked rice (instant is fine)
Directions
Heat first 4 ingredients to a warm simmer in either the microwave or a saucepan. Serve over microwaved potato (I leave the skin on) or rice.
