Creamy Chicken with Green Beans and Potatoes

A hearty budget dinner that feeds six!

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 6 carrots, cut into 1-inch lengths
  • one 15-oz. can cut green beans, drained
  • one 10-oz. can whole new potatoes, drained
  • two 10-oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
  • shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Wash and dry chicken breasts.  Place in the bottom of a slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.  In a bowl, combine carrots, green beans, potatoes, and mushroom soup. Pour over chicken.  Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.  When ready to serve, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
