Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake

- 1 pkg. Brownie mix (+ the ingredients it requires)
- 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (+ more to shave on top)
- ¼ C. heavy whipping cream
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- Whipped cream for topping
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Make the brownies according to the package’s instructions (make sure they’re a little gooey). Let them cool. Melt the chocolate and heavy cream in the microwave in 15 second intervals until it combines and it’s fully melted. In a standing mixer, blend the cream cheese and chocolate mixture. Press a square of the brownie into the bottom of a jar, smushing it a bit. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the two jars. And refrigerate for 3 hours and top with the whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
