Creamy Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
- 2 C. heavy cream
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 6 oz. sweet chocolate
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 C. milk
Directions
Boil heavy cream until slightly reduced and very, very thick. Stir in cream cheese. Add lemon juice. Melt sweet chocolate in milk. Add to bubbling mixture, stirring with a wire whisk, and transfer to fondue dish. Maintain mixture over low heat. Add more milk or cream if it is too thick.
