Creamy Chocolate Jello Cupcakes

- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg. jello chocolate pudding
- 1 (16 oz.) can vanilla frosting
- sweetened cocoa powder, for topping, optional
Preheat the oven to the package directions on the cake mix and line a 24-cup muffin tin with liners. Prepare the cake mix according to package directions and stir in the dry pudding mix. Blend well and spoon the mix into the prepared muffin tins. Bake according to the package directions on the cake mix. Remove the cupcakes completely from the oven and cool completely, then frost and sprinkle with cocoa powder, if desired.
